Return Policy

We accept returns of all unopened items for 15 calendar days. The 15 calendar days are calculated from the time of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied. If an item arrives defective, we exchange the item. Customer pays the return shipping fees for the defective item and we take care of the shipping cost of the replacement item. We do not provide refunds for used items. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at to obtain RMA# and return barcode along with instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
